Amazonas forest can be a dangerous place;snakes,mosquitoes and others insects can to cause injuries in your skin but it is the price that we need pay to discover the paradise.Maybe you want come back thousand years in the past,for that you can visit Cusco,a city when you can ask about Latinoamerican origins,and for that it is named "El ombligo del Mundo".

In other latitudes of the World it is impossible  to find beaches with white sand,clears and hot waters,then you need to visit Tayrona Park,in Santa Marta,Colombia.

colombia a country whit big social problems,as poverty,unequality,terrorism acts, to kidnap etc the risk of to live a kidnap it is true,but only for government people like united nations employees,or political people,not for common people.
but really isolated acts that does not involve the think way of colombian people,maybe you have fear to get colombia,colombia changed so much in security aspect in last 5 years;colombia is going better in security aspect,if you overcome your fear,you will discover the paradise that it is waiting for you...

 las lajas catholic sanctuary
it is localized close to ipiales town,only 5 kilometers from colombia-equador border,it is the most important baroque legacy in colombia.
it was build it above a rock,just down a river cross.
